RJ Technology Partners was founded by two prior warranted contracting officers with more than 20 years of combined experience across both government and private sector roles. We have sat on the government side of the table, writing requirements, evaluating proposals, and administering contracts, and we have also worked alongside industry teams that must respond, perform, and stay compliant under real-world constraints. That dual perspective means we understand how acquisition decisions are made, what contracting officers look for, and what it takes for businesses to successfully compete and deliver.
